Delivery Policy – Enaya Mall
At Enaya Mall, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below is our delivery policy for orders placed through www.enayamall.com.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to:
- United Arab Emirates (UAE) – All emirates
- Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries – Including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar
If your location is outside these regions, please contact us at support@enayamall.com to check for custom delivery options.
2. Delivery Timeframes
UAE Deliveries
- Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days
- Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery: Available in select locations (Dubai, Sharjah) for orders placed before 12 PM
GCC Deliveries
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)
Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.
3. Shipping Fees
- UAE Orders
◦ Free delivery on orders above AED 200
◦ AED 35 flat fee for orders below AED 200
- GCC Orders
◦ Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
4. Order Processing
- Orders placed on Sunday to Thursday will be processed the same or next business day.
- Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed on Sunday.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and delivery updates.
6. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted regional and international courier services to ensure timely and secure deliveries, including but not limited to:
- Aramex
- Fetchr
- DHL
- Local express providers (for same-day service)
7. Missed Deliveries
If you miss a delivery attempt, our courier partner will contact you to reschedule. Multiple missed attempts may result in order cancellation or additional charges.
